Falcon Home Care™ is a subscription service designed to help homeowners stay ahead of costly repairs through consistent, professional oversight of their home’s critical systems. Each quarter, a Falcon General Contracting technician visits your home to perform a comprehensive inspection focused on early detection of maintenance issues, wear, and potential failure points.

We look at the areas most likely to cause expensive damage if neglected—drainage and water management, exterior surfaces, concrete and hardscape, bathrooms and wet areas, penetrations, and visible mechanical or structural concerns. Our goal is to identify small problems early, document findings, and recommend practical next steps before they escalate into major repairs.

After each visit, homeowners receive a clear summary of observations, prioritized recommendations, and optional repair estimates when applicable. There is no pressure—just informed guidance from a contractor who understands how homes age and where issues tend to start. Falcon Home Care™ provides peace of mind, protects property value, and helps homeowners plan maintenance proactively rather than reactively.
